“I have nothing but incredible experiences with the staff at this location. I also attend therapeutic ketamine sessions at their Denver location, which is just as wonderful. This spot is where I go for my integration sessions afterwards, as well as IFS therapy. McKenzie is an absolute jewel of a human. She has never been anything less than stoked to see me when I come in and I know I can count on her to help me out with anything I need from help with scheduling to itemized receipts for those pesky insurance companies. I know that when I call, send an email, or walk in, I will be taken care of. Jordan is an incredible IFS therapist. He is kind, understanding, and endlessly compassionate. He is the best I have experienced in Denver and I would recommend him to anyone looking to work on themselves at a deeper level. His teachings and advice have been so, so helpful in navigating my past and understanding why I am the way I am. If you can find a gap in his availability, jump on it. “EDIT: notice there is a lack of reviews from last summer up until the first time I posted this negative review late February 2026- immediately after that, they got a bunch of very positive reviews in a short amount of time... surely that's a coincidence I am not a person who leaves negative reviews- but this is important for anybody considering this clinic. The now clinical director Jamie sat down with me and presented an AI generated assessment of me as though it were her own work during a very delicate time for me. She was supposed to be doing safety evaluation of as requested by therapist Jordan- I do not think Jordan is equipped to work in mental health since he freaked out and canceled all of my appointments with him over. Something that every subsequent clinician, including Jamie, recognized, was not as severe as Jordan originally determined. The COO/owner Karla is a sweet heart but has zero experience in the medical field. Her values are right but the road the hell is paved with good intentions. She is absolutely ill-equipped to be Chief Operating Officer in such delicate field, let alone one that is providing powerful disassociative drugs to mentally ill individuals. I have so much optimism and excitement about the use of ketamine in mental health support! But it ABSOLUTELY must be done correctly, responsibly, and with a willingness to learn- three things I did not experience with Rose NeuroSpa. This isn't just reckless- it's also very dangerous”
