“I enjoyed the therapist I saw there but unfortunately an encountering what seems to be a scam. I see I owe $30, and I have the proof (all taken from data in their portal) but they are trying to claim I owe $105. I'm not sure what else to do since I have all the proof but when I told this to the guy he hung up on me. This has been confusing and demoralizing. Additionally, when I was a patient I had bad experiences with their front desk staff and billing. Also their estimate wait time for talking to their billing department is wildly inaccurate. You will be on hold for much longer. I would not recommend this place. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches if you avoid this place. Hope it gets better. I've emailed them with my proof as well as my case was allegedly escalated to a manager so I will update my review once they respond.”

“They scheduled me an appointment sent me the link for the video call and when I joined I was told it wasn't my appointment, mine was a week from then. That doesnt help anyone, ridiculous.”

“Booking an appointment was not time consuming for me. With the help of the appointment setting staff, my choices were narrowed down to three, one of which I had my first appointment at 1pm the next day…I was very pleased and liked the therapist I met with.”

“We switched to this office to be able to go in person I thought my daughter would get better care. The first appt we had was in person Cammie Anne Kleinz kept telling us how much debt she had and wouldn't accrue all that debt if she didn't care. She looked past me to talk to my daughter who isn't even old enough to get herself to the appointment. The next appointment she doesn't minimal time with my daughter and represcribed meds. The 3rd appt my daughter sat in the virtual waiting room waiting for her them she sent me a message that my daughter was a no show. I told her she had been waiting so she sent a new link and my daughter got in. Again with very minimal contact she represcribed meds. The next week my daughter was inpatient. The meds weren't working while there they said she needed meds adjusted but wouldn't do it. Since Cammie clearly didn't care we chose to switch providers again. The next provider double booked so they sent us back to intake. I have come to the conclusion lifestance doesn't care about the people. So we are switching to a company that's not a chain.”
