“My provider, Rita Perez, APNP, is very compassionate and shows concern for my issues. She helps me through my struggles and is always calm and offers good advice for me. She manages my medications and listens to my concerns. She lets me know what to watch for and how to handle any changes. All of my visits have been virtual or by telephone and have been as effective as in person. I highly recommend her and Calm Clinic.”

“Kara the provider that saw me was great- detailed , extremely knowledgeable about medication, professional and still friendly Support staff got me in Quickly and even though I use Health First Colorado for insurance - I was seen 5 days after scheduling appointment - they offer a telehealth or “anywhere clinic” digital appointment Which is nice because sometimes it is difficult trying to keep a job and still get the mental health treatment that is available and for me necessary these days The support staff also went above and beyond to help me with could have been a negative part of this positive experience I had put in wrong address for my preferred pharmacy - while following up with me via text before 8:00 am on day following appointment- a member of the support staff was made aware that I did not have medication and neither did my pharmacy- Turns out it was sent to one closer to my residence and I was given option to switch it to preferred pharmacy or pick up at the one it is at- They are terrific at Calm - I recommend calm and it’s staff to anyone that does not want to sacrifice career - family/home life - mind -body -spirit !!! calm makes it a little less complicated to receive affordable quality mental health care-”
