“I was referred here and never got a call to schedule an appointment. I then called to set one up and was told they are no longer accepting patients outside of Vail Health. How are people who are working on their mental health supposed to be able to get help if 1. They can't even get in WITH a referral and 2. They aren't even told they can't get an appointment? No wonder there is a mental health crisis in this country. Figure it out.”

“It took them 6 days to return a call and it wasn’t even my doctor. The front desk staff are rude on the telephone, I guess that’s the only time and place that they can get away with their snarky attitudes. This place sucks. It’s just about the only option in this joke of a money grubbing town. If you have behavioral health needs and you have the means I would highly suggest finding help in a large city where the competition for these types of jobs leads to more highly qualified workers being hired, rather than whoever actually lives here and can barely meet the minimum requirements.”

“Nurses and doctors are horrible at getting prescriptions refilled. Plus, it’s a constant rotating doctor carousel, so they never have their “stuff” together…”

“I don't know how anyone is supposed to get proper mental health care here. Everyone is booked out for weeks. Hard to get in with anyone. No wonder we have some of the worst mental health in the nation. Not a statistic to be proud of.”
