“I wish I could comment on the quality of the clinical care, but unfortunately I never made it that far. Have already undergone brain mapping, and were simply trying to schedule a consultation/treatment appt and ask a few questions of the physician who oversees the TMS program. Instead, I spent approximately an hour and a half being kept on the phone with zero productive progress.... you call the Google identified phone location ... local .... end up on phone with the random call center. The people in the call center have zero information. But they will talk to you and waste your time all day long. They have very calm voices and they try to make it sound like they're actually doing something but when you call back to see what's in your file, if the request for call back has been sent- they tell you no. As far as request requested calls, there is zero information, no way to reach anyone actually working at the Superior office. I was even told there is no direct phone number for the location. The website advertises same day appointments, but that was not my experience. Despite repeated attempts, I was unable to schedule a same day appointment or speak with anyone who could answer clinical questions. When families are seeking help for severe depression and anxiety, timely communication and access to knowledgeable staff are incredibly important. Unfortunately, this process created far more stress than reassurance. I sincerely hope the company improves its communication system so prospective patients can connect with the local clinical team and receive accurate information before beginning treatment. Or can stand by their advertisement same day appts! Rather than 6 weeks out.”
