Dr. Rebecca Moore heard my concerns and was helpful in looking at alternatives. I'm looking for a miracle to deal with chronic pain resulting in depression and haven't found one yet, but no complaints at all about LifeStance. She tested me for PTSD and I scored high so will get help with therapy. Waiting for referral for a suitable therapist and for depression treatment I'm hoping to find a TMS center that will accept my insurance.”

“I have tried to get help here twice in a row, I signed up for therapy with a practitioner who told me when I got there that they do not do therapy and only give pill prescriptions. She gave me a list of other providers who do provide therapy, and I quickly made an appointment with one of them. I had a first session and she waited until the end to tell me she was leaving within the month and also wouldn't be able to help me. Very unprofessional experience. I am sure there are probably worthwhile, caring therapists who work here but I am having a crisis and really needed help and I feel neglected, dismissed, and ignored. Be careful coming here for help.”

“My issue isn’t with the staff but rather with whomever decided to move my VA approved appointment from the approved location less than a mile from my home to a location more than 10 miles away. For that reason, after attending 3 appointments, I decided it wasn’t worth taking 3-4 hours out of my day instead of 1.5. I feel it was a ‘bait and switch’ to the VA and myself!”
