“Asked for an appointment to get seen by a psychotherapist, got seen by a med consult instead, then they charged me for the appointment I didn't want AND for the consultation for a psychotherapist. I wanted to discuss this with them before my next appointment, but I couldn't get ahold of anyone over the weekend and now I'm on the hook for an additional $100 late cancelation fee. They keep talking to me about "policy this" and "policy that" but it all seems like just a way for them to charge hidden fees. I canceled all future appointments with them and terminated service. I asked for help and got a $500 bill for a session I didn't even want.”
