“This place is an absolute joke, there is no way these are real doctors. Just throw more and more medications at you instead of listening that what they give you is making things worse. Won't listen. Can't understand them, and their English is so broken they can't understand you either! Then keep switching up the "doctor" and make you pay for another intake when you've already been an established patient for a long time. Then send you the invoice for the last appointment hours before the next one and tell you that you can't see the doctor again until it's paid!”

“I arrived on time for a scheduled new patient appointment, having completed all required paperwork in advance and online. But when I reached the clinic (which is located in a shared office space on the third floor), there was no one present. No doctor, no receptionist, no one answering the phone. The office was completely unstaffed. I understand emergencies can happen, but I received no advance notice, voicemail, or follow-up communication. Because my time is also valuable, this lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional. In response to the below claim that “all cancellations receive multiple messages,” I would encourage this clinic to review its internal processes. That statement is demonstrably untrue in this case. Internal logs mean very little if messages are not actually sent or received. I received no voicemail, no email, and no other notification. Seen from the other reviews, this clinic enforces a very strict “no-show” policy for patients, including late-fee penalties if a client fails to leave a timely cancelation voicemail. I would expect this practice to follow the same standard of professionalism and courtesy that it requires from its clients.”
