“First appointment was yesterday. I'm always nervous when seeing new mental health providers. From the moment my provider walked in, I felt better. She radiates kindness, she listened, was informative, helpful, reassuring, and extremely mindful and smart about my medication plan and how to titrate me back up to my doses after being without meds for over a month. She was also really supportive of my experience with DBT and made sure to refer me to a DBT informed therapist. Her medical assistant, Carmen, has been incredible in helping me navigate questions about my prescriptions, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable, cared for, and reassure.
