“I know Family Care Centers saved my life. I have done TMS therapy through them to help my anxiety and depression. I believe it was extremely helpful. You do have to commit your time to make it to every treatment without missing one for best results. I did not miss one day of my treatment. Lisa Laws is amazing she was the first person I had a therapy meeting with and I have had a standing appointment with her for over two years. Dr Jennifer Osborne was the first psychiatrist that I had and she was wonderful and helped me deeply. I was then transferred to Dr. Willie Who I believe is amazing also. From the front desk, Carleigh and Cherokee are amazing. I think even from scheduling is where I started with someone named Kate. It’s been so long. I’m pretty sure I heard that was her name. She is a wonderful person and truly cared about what I had to say. Everyone at Family Care Centers truly cares about your Mental Health.Thank you all for saving my life! I am Forever Grateful ”

“My med management appointment has been cancelled 3 times, even after I told them I needed a med change. Each time it's been cancelled, the next available appt is 1 month or more out. It's been over 4 months now, and I just got another nonchalant appointment cancellation. Additionally, their website says "Care in days, not months." I called to try and see a therapist, and I was told all their therapists were booked out over 2 months. The care I have received has been great. But chances are I'll have to wait yet another month, which will be close to 6 months since I called and said I desperately needed a med change. And, I'll have to look elsewhere to find a therapist that can see me in a reasonable amount of time. Unacceptable. UPDATE: It just got cancelled AGAIN!!!”

“They canceled on me two times on a row. I understand being sick and having emergencies, but letting me know morning of when I have already left for the appointment is extremely short notice. As the patient, I have to pay a "no show fee" if I were to ever cancel within 24 hours, yet they cancel rather last minute multiple times and rescheduling options are over a month away. I will not be going back.”

“The front office canceled my established patient medication management appointment and after back and forth, I had just asked to have my medications refilled. After checking in with the doctor I got a message saying the doctor would be happy to keep refilling my medications and that I only needed to reschedule an appointment if I had concerns. 2 refills later, submitted a request, I didnt hear back from in over a week. Then finally once I'm out of ALL of my medications they sent me a message saying I need a follow up scheduled in order to refill medication??? It's painfully obvious this is a money situation. If I have to make an appointment to get the same meds I've been on for 9+ months with no issues, no questions or concerns, refilled with a current established doctor/patient relationship... that's just money in thier pocket that I don't have. Especially since I'm having to make a trip to the emergency room, again, due the mental state they've forced me into. Refusing completely to refill medications and causing a patient to stop taking all their meds cold turkey so they end up suicidal, depressed, and in a complete psychiatric emergency is actually the worst care I've ever received. That's terrible, horrible medicine. I work in the medical field and have never experienced anything like this. My recommendation: STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND LIVING.”
