“Pros: The staff is nice Cons: trying to get my prescriptions refilled is like pulling teeth. I don’t understand why it always requires me calling in on multiple days for the refill request to be sent over to my pharmacy. I’ve had three different providers in three years. My medications haven’t changed but I’ve had to pay each new provider to establish care again. They can cancel an appointment on you same day but if you cancel an appointment with sub 24 hour notice, you’ll get a $100 charge.”

“Hard to book and cancel appointments. Often had to leave a voicemail to get it done. Absolutely done after they charged me for a no show for an appointment that I cancelled. Tried to dispute the charge with them and can’t get a call back. Not interested in continuing forward with a company that cares more about money than their patients.”
