He also sees RN Jolie who manages his medication and it’s really nice having his MH care under one facility and the two therapist are able to communicate with each other so we can have a cohesive health care plan for our kiddo. The front office staff is always professional and welcoming. “The lack of communication and dubious billing is just the beginning of the issues. The provider in question, Shannon Graves, can't be bothered to respond to inquiries. They are more than happy to apply any billing code they can "reasonably" justify to increase the amount due by the insured. When you reach out to find out why you are getting billed for 2, 30 minute appointments for the same 25 minute interaction, you won't get a response. When you email the billing department...crickets. When you call and sit on hold for the billing department for 20 minutes only to be forwarded to voice mail...radio silence. If you have questions about anything be prepared to be billed for the pleasure. The ability to evade responsibility is epic.”
